As we continue shaping the future of payments, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team and lead the charge in delivering innovative, client-focused solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct detailed analysis of sales data and forecast future trends and opportunities.
- Develop regular sales reports and deliver them to management. Drive accuracy in Sales data to refine forecasting to achieve financial metrics targets.
- Utilize BI tools to conduct thorough market research and identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide insights and analyses to support the decision-making and strategic planning of the sales and marketing management team.
- Process analytics – work closely with the sales team to identify sales processes bottlenecks and inconsistencies and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategic plans to improve sales results.
- Monitor and predict sales trends and analyze competitors’ tactics.
- Supporting the sales force with day-to-day operations and ensuring it is armed with the necessary knowledge to properly implement new strategies or initiatives.
- Design and refine metrics and scorecards to drive sales accountability and maximize performance.
- Work with the reporting and financial planning teams to analyze data and provide important visualization and dashboards that clearly communicate complex data in a simple form to the sales organization.
- Build and review data and reports to support the annual budgeting process.
What you bring:
- University Degree or diploma in an appropriate field of study: Marketing/Business/ IT;
- Experience in Sales Operations business role running and analyzing data as it relates to sales trends, sales quotas, productivity etc.
- CRM proficiency is a mandatory requirement – HubSpot CRM will be considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent data manipulation, data analysis and predictive analytics skills. Ability to use complex formulas and techniques to manipulate and transform data.
- Fluent user of MS Office(Excel, Word, Outlook). Advanced skills in Excel and SQL experience will be considered a strong advantage.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms will be considered a strong advantage.
- Self-starter, multitasker, team player, excellent communicator, works well under pressure, and follows through on tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
