As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for an experienced KYC/KYB Onboarding Support Specialist with Italian to join our growing team.
As a KYC/KYB Onboarding Support Specialist with Italian, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients to complete their verification through outbound communication only.
What you bring:
- Act as the first line of defense for the organization, preventing and minimizing the risk for myPOS as a financial institution;
- Communicate with clients directly via phone and e-mail, requesting additional information and KYC/KYB documents;
- Ensure the technical and procedural implementation of call processing following company standards and regulatory requirements;
- Observe the updating and correct entry of the information in the accounts after receiving documentation/information provided by the customers;
- Excellent command of Italian;
- Good command of English;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- University degree in Business, Economics, or Finance;
- Experience in banking or other financial institutions would be considered an advantage;
- Organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks with resilience to changing priorities;
- Confidence, a sense of responsibility, and a positive mindset;
- Command of additional European language will be considered a strong advantage.
